The AU•IT Service Desk
AU•IT’ Service desk is made available between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and is a core part of the managed service solution provided. With the ability provided by our Remote Monitoring Toolset we are able to provide prompt remote support and high levels of first call resolution, with minimal disruption to the user.
Daily backup monitoring and frequent backup testing
Our technicians check your backups daily to ensure they are happening when they are supposed to. Our backup specialists will also take any required remedial action to ensure smooth continual operation of your backup processes. Regular testing on backup restoration is also conducted and recorded.
Deployment of AU•IT Remote Monitoring Management solution
AU•IT will deploy and configure our industry leading remote management toolset. The toolset will be installed on each Production Server and Workstation with the option to include core switches and firewalls. The core features are Asset Management, Predictive Break Fix, Anti-Virus, and Remote Access Capabilities for remote support via the service desk as well as patch management.
AU•IT likes to visit our full service clients at least on a weekly basis to ensure everything is running smoothly, build a relationship, and ensure that your needs as an organisation whole are being met by the AU•IT team.
Complimentary Offsite Backup Software
The beauty of having AU•IT provide your Managed IT Service is that we own and operate our own network based in Australia. Which means in addition to high quality IT support we provide you with FREE offsite backup software with 500Gb of storage. These backups are compressed and encrypted for your security, as well as being fully managed by AU•IT.
Unlimited Break Fix
Included in this Support Model is unlimited hours for break-fix. Your organisation will not be charged for any additional hours sometimes required by AU•IT to resolve issues within the environment. The responsibility for the smooth running and maximum uptime of the environment is firmly put on the AU•IT, which helps ensure the environment continually runs smoothly and without errors. This does not include hardware costs which may be required to resolve issues with failed hardware which may fall outside of warranty.
IT Strategic Consulting
AU•IT will provide IT Strategic Consultation to your organisation as our Managed Service Customer. This is aimed towards building an immediate, short and long-term road map of your IT requirements. With this information, you will have a clearer understanding of predicted budget and technology requirements.
