AUIT Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team in our Hume, ACT office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and answering phone enquiries
- Providing general office support, such as organising meetings, managing calendars, and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with the coordination of events and travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating office policies, procedures, and records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and information sharing
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide Executive assistance to the CEO when required
What we’re looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
