The Sales Development role will drive business growth and nurture existing customer relationships. You will work with the technical staff to showcase how we can help customers solve their IT problems.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assess and follow up on existing leads – assist in progressing leads further through the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and represent the company.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide recurring reports.
- Ensure a high-quality customer on boarding experience in line with our existing procedures.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer meetings that include relevant internal stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management abilities.
- Proven experience building and nurturing a network of qualified leads in a B2B setting (ideally, but not essentially in a technology company).
- A natural ability to build rapport on calls with decision makers.
- An existing business network with similar decision makers is highly beneficial.
- Relevant Australian qualifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Halo PSA, and other IT systems.
Required
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Hold a valid, Australia Drivers Licence
- Have or be willing to undertake an Australian Police Check (National Police Certification)
